#RollingFire update for July 10 at 9am:
Containment lines held overnight, keeping the fire at 6 acres and 10% containment. There were no issues found by overnight patrols and crews are working on mop up this morning. They are finding minimal heat but smoke may be visible as the day warms up.
The public is asked to avoid the area if possible and not interfere with operations. If you must travel the area, please slow down and give our firefighters space to work. Resources assigned today are two type 2 hand crews, three type 6 engines, two water tenders and miscellaneous overhead.
Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office has reduced all evacs to READY. There are no road closures at this time.
